Description: We are looking for a provider to create mail magazines. The design is already done and it is in PSD format. The web designer must change the PSD to HTML code. There are 2 files that must be done.
Please only bid on this project if you have the following qualifications:
1. Start Immediately (05/16/2011)
2. End by (05/20/2011)
3. Knowledge of HTML
4. Knowledge of Photoshop
5. Communicate Daily
We will ask for up to 2 revisions. Any redo implementation not following the original spec will not count as a revision.
