- headhunt by reaching out and making contact using phone, forum posts, email, LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media
- reviewing applicant resumes and being able to identify if the skills and experience match the requirements
- initial phone screening interviews with candidates
This job requires headhunting - not job ad posting and waiting for applications. You must be able to identify where the required skills and experience are to be found and then reach out and contact by email, LinkedIn or cold calling to get candidates underway with processing.
You must have extensive experience recruiting in the Philippines, be technically literate, understand the industry and its technical terms and have a lot of experience in IT recruitment.
The roles we are seeking to fill are for various programing languages, network engineers, network admins, server admins, etc. We need someone who can match a CV to a job description for IT technical skillsets.
This is long-term ongoing work at hourly rate and also offers a bonus for successful placements.
