Title: Custom Content Developer – Contractor Position - Upwork
Description: An established custom online learning development company is seeking a Custom Content Developer proficient in Articulate Storyline, Articulate Studio, Adobe Captivate, and Trivantis Lectora to develop well-designed and engaging courses, from storyboarding to final publishing, on a contract basis. Below are the required qualifications:
· Graphic Design or Instructional Design background, along with course development experience required
· Must be located in the United States, preferably in the Cleveland, OH area
· Minimum 3 years of experience developing online learning in a variety of e-learning authoring tools including Storyline, Studio, Captivate, and Lectora
· Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and audio editing programs such as Audacity or Adobe Audition
· Proficient using a provided script to create page mockups of the course, create complete storyboards, and develop complete course
· Emphasis on quality and detail throughout the entire development process including the quality assurance stage
· Solid understanding of learning management systems and publishing for them
· Highly motivated, ability to work independently, perform under pressure, and deliver high quality results on time
· Strong communication skills – written and verbal
· Ability to build collaborative working relationships
· Excellent project management skills
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Experience following brand guidelines
· Ability to accept constructive criticism and suggestions
